Merge in more EndNotes code. Fixes for Tables and ruler marks for single
units.

Previously the table controls on the top ruler did not display and it was
not possible to drag horizontal lines in tables. This fixes those issues
plus a new crash on trying to change any table property on dragging a
control.

Now this merge is done I can concentrate on Endnotes again. Will fix more
problems as they come up.
