    Various issues, Zoom is now remembered between sessions, deleting
    footnotes,end\notes works, get rid of some GTK-critical warnings from
    abiwidget

    OK Finally zoom level is correctly remembered between sessions and
    between frames. No more starting at 100% zoom then switching to page
    width.

    I still get some races in "fit to width", I'll fix these soon.

    Also deleting footnotes and endnotes works now.

    Some gtk-critical warning when invoking abiget have been fix but some
    still remain.

    PS. I had to make one very small change in ap_WinFrame.cpp,
    ap_QNXFrame.cpp,ap_CocoaFrame.

    Please check it still works on your platform.
