As promised, I removed the help files. The autoconf
build still works fine, and I hope that the diving
make one will as well. Please, someone test this out.

I've grepped, and the Debian and Win32 installers
might be affected by this change. Not knowing much
about either, please someone with the requisite
knowledge look into this.
