    In KDE, you may be able to click on it and get it to open in a web browser. If
    that doesn't work, edit a copy of it in a plain text editor and change the
    <abiword> tagpair to <html>. The web browser will ignore most of the tags
    (all but <p>, unless there are others) and display the text without
    formatting.

    If there are images, you'll see them encoded in base64. Extract them and
    mimedecode them.
