Footnotes in Justified paragraphs work. Deleting footnote refs with
backspace and delete keys work.

Thanks for heads-up on the getLength method Tomas. Deleting footnote
references with the delete and Backspace key does the right thing. (It
deletes the footnote as well as the reference.) Undo restores both.

I'll make some comments on bug 1261
