On GTK+ 2.0, if a dialog supports Help (already
available on GTK+2.0 by pushing the F1 or Help keys on
the keyboard while the dialog has focus), we insert a
GTK2 stock help button and connect it to the
appropriate help page. The button still needs to be
fully left-justified, but that's easily fixable at
some later date. I think that this plus the F1 thing
makes for a lot better newbie usability, and makes us
consistent with other gnome apps in that respect.
