    Please send me a screenshot of that tab, I don't know how it looks and
    what it is meant for.
    In general, the interface language on unix systems is controlled by the
    OS. You normally start an application in another language by entering
    e.g. LANG=sv abiword into your favorite terminal emulator.
    If you are talking about the dictionary / document language - we already
    have such a dialog, and as the dictionary language is document-specific,
    it doesn't make much sense to have it as a pref.
