Make the cursor change size and position immediately after changing the
font size and super/subscript settings.
       

I think there was a little be of over-zealous refactoring here. FmtMarks
get their properties from the left side of a the doc
position.

Anyway, now the cursor size and position changes immediately you change
the font size or super/subscript settings.
