commit (HEAD): removal of the main glyphshaping preference

Removed the 'Determine glyph shapes from context' preference; this is
now permanently turned on. I tried to make the necessary changes on
all platforms and appologise for any possible screwups.

files: all ap_*Dialog_Options files, fp_TextRun.h/cpp,
xap_Prefs_SchemesIds.h, fp_Line.cpp, ap_Strings_Id.h
