1.9.1 win32 binary build

    Hello,

    Following Martin first and then Dom request I have built a 1.91 win32 build.
    It's compiled using VC++ 6.0:

    No pluggins. If you can give it a try. I think that it will be cool to publish
    this build in the web site, to attract more win32 users to test Abi.
