Had a look at the Pango code and based the win32 glyph detection on
it; it works rather nicely. On win32 we can now take advantage of
'ff', 'fi', 'fl', and 'ft' ligatures, for instance, but the code
remains turned off until the glyph detection is implemented on other
platforms.
Added complete handling of all absent glyphs to the UT_contextGlyph
class, so that once the glyph presence detection is implemented on
other platforms we will be able to remove GR_Graphics::remapGlyph().
