    I've begun documenting abi's internal properties; anyone curious can take
    a look at http://www.abisource.com/2003/intprops.html

    I've rewritten PP_evalProperty() to support "inherit" as an explicit
    value; probably need to update other PP_evalProperty* functions also.
    Hope I didn't break anything.

    o property defaults & values:
    - "display" has new (default) value of "inline" as opposite of "none"
    - "keep-together" and "keep-with-next" now have explicit defaults of "no"
    - "orphans" now has default "2" (same as "widows" & CSS) instead of "1"
    o PP_evalProperty() rewritten (/me crosses fingers) and supports "inherit"
    o PP_LEVEL_* defines in pp_Property.h given exclusive powers of 2
