    Hello!

    I'm back. I have fixed the top and left ruler under win32. It was mainly a
    layout->divice unit conversion problem plus a few crashes. Well, I hope this
    is make it for 1.1.4.

    God, we have lots of things to fix in 1.1.4.

    Regarind the rulers, I'm not sure if all the functionality has been restored
    but I'll keep working on it tomorrow. I'm really tired right now.
