    Lots of jiucy bug fixes.

    Fixes 4760 (disappearing text and pieces of tables). Speeds up typing and
    editing in tables. Speeds up editting docs with footnotes. Fixes some
    disappearing lines when changing table column widths in big documents
    (like that in bug4111). Fixes crashes caused by cursor motion errors in
    tables and footnotes/endnotes. Fixes crashes when changing
    footnote/endnote properties with references inside tables.

    Keep those bug reports coming. Please find ways to crash abi and report
    them in bugzilla.

    The sooner you find them the sooner we'll fix em :-)
