You can now double-click any:

*) Field in the field dialog
*) Date in the date/time dialog
*) Field name in the mailmerge dialog

and it will insert the proper thing into the document.
Also, the mail merge fields are now re-orderable, as
the dialog is modeless it might make sense to manually
put higher-ranked ones higher in the list.
