Commit: pre-populating the mail merge dialog works now

    If you pass --merge=mergedata.src on the command line
    and then go to insert a mail merge field, the list of
    field names will be pre-populated there for you.
    Platform maintainers just need to call init() from
    their runModeless() method for this to happen.
