wv: moved list processing from ie_imp_MSWord_97.cpp into wv; this
means that the imported lists are now properly indented; added new
function wvGetPLCF() for reading of generic PLCF structure (need to
handle footnotes).

HEAD: ie_imp_MSWord_97.cpp/h: changed the list processing code; start
of work on importing foot/endnotes.
