Copy and paste Whole Tables.

With this commit, if you select and whole table, press copy then paste,
the entire table structure will be pasted.

Will crash if don't select a table right now.

This was implemented by extending rtf with our table/cell definitions.

undo/redo works.

Bugs in the current system will be fixed shortly.
