Found another while attempting to build 1.9.1 in MSYS 1.0.8 and MinGW 2.0.0-3:

    Building on [MINGW32] with [LicensedTrademarks:Off Debug:Off BiDi:LTR Pango:Off XML:expat Pspell:Off
    Scripting:Off].
    xap_Win32FrameImpl.cpp:
xap_Win32FrameImpl.cpp: In static member function `static LRESULT
XAP_Win32FrameImpl::_FrameWndProc(HWND__*, unsigned int, unsigned int, long
       int)':
xap_Win32FrameImpl.cpp:826: `LPNMTOOLBAR' undeclared (first use this function)
xap_Win32FrameImpl.cpp:826: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
for each function it appears in.)
xap_Win32FrameImpl.cpp:826: parse error before `)' token

Thanks to David Bolack for providing a MSYS 1.9.1 build -- but I can't
work out how you did it!

    Cheers - Stephen.
