Export fixed column widths in tables to HTML. Cosmetic fixes to table line
drawing.

The cosmetic fixes were that lines suddennly looked darker in table when
you click in a table (at least on unix builds). This is because of the
anti-alaising effect during draws. The solution is to draw the line with
white, then draw in the line color.
