commit: head fix ImageMagick build

This needs to be backported, except the changing of
"Resize Image" to "Format Image" which I don't recall off hand if
that's a Head only thing or a Stable2+ change.

(Still doesn't build with MinGW, though nothing should prevent so
 if you get an ImageMagick lib to build.)
