    Right. We use xgettext on two files; ap_String_Id.h and
    xap_String_Id.h. xgettext understands multiple instances of the same
    string within one file, but not across files. My fix is for ui-backport.pl
    to invoke a new script, addoverlap.pl, which puts those missing
    instances back in.
