Now frames can have their with background set with either color and images.

Unfortunately all your test documents with frames won't work anymore though.
I had to change the properties defining Frame "width" and "height" to
"frame-width" and "frame-height". This was because the images can be
defined on struxes and already have the property "width" and "height"

PS. There are some "off-by-a-few" pixel bugs with images on a page
background. I'll adress these once Tomas ans finished his latest drawing
text changes.
