More Footnote fixes. Now you click to the right of a footnote reference.
Deleting footnote references deletes the footnote as well.

All this should be back ported.

Could someone with hidden text in a document check that things still
work? I changed a "<=" or a "<" in
_charMotion. The comments implied it was there for hidden text but it
was screwing up deletion of footnotes.

Almost done fixing the footnotes bugs. Just the cntrl-end feature
request.
