    Hi martin

    After d/l-ing Jordi's new win32 binary build of 2-0-0 I did a few quick
    tests with the GU4DEC document.

    It does render fonts now correctly again, but it changes page number on
    ZOOM changes, so this is no good either. This is exactly the behavior as
    decribed in bug 5308.

    It does print fine but still not as show on the screen. E.g. at 100%
    ZOOM the screen says it has 14 pages, but when printing it says on the
    footer of the first page 'Page 1 of 13'. This has been know also.
