    My MSDN from year 2001 says that it supports BMP, ICO and WMF. If it also
    supports other formats, it is great Marc.

    Before to start any work on this, we need to verify which formats are
    supported on Windows 95, 98, ME and 2000, NT 4.0 or to find accurate
    information about this. I doubt that there is JPEG and GIF native support in
    old Windows, but I may be wrong.
