With this, it is now even easier to build the plugin installers,
no more manual steps are required if all expected plugins can build;
just do make distribution in abiword-plugins dir.
Note: this assumes you built AbiWord with the NSIS 2 branch as
that is what the plugin installers require!
(Assuming no objections, I will be backporting this, and the
 latest NSIS2 based scripts shortly to stable 2.)
