commit (head): fix 7018

fixed revisions bug 7018; added new function const XML_Char **
UT_setPropsToNothing(const XML_Char ** props) which can be used to
set all props values to NULL (in ut_misc.h).

fixed some potentially endless loops in fl_TableLayout.cpp

files: ut_misc.h/cpp, pt_PT_ChangeSpan.cpp, pt_PT_ChangeStrux.cpp,
fl_TableLayout.cpp.
