Fix some MS Word import of table bugs.
These were..
1. Left position of the table was always set to sero.
2. Some tables where the first column stated from a position greater than
zero were very badly imported.
This patch should be backported.
Now the rtfspec.doc file imports very well indeed. All the tables look right.
