AbiCapi

Hello,
I'm interested in finding out how the progress on AbiCapi is going, so
maybe I eventually can contribute to it. The project seems to be on the
2.2 roadmap, and be used for Swig scripting eventually. So who is working
on this, and how is this being implemented? Where should I start looking
in the Abiword source code?
