commit (head): shot at 3210 (win32 print)

This attempts to fix 3210; it certainly addresses some of the
problems with our code.

I added static GR_Win32Graphics::fixDevMode() function that has to be
called on the devmode handle after any changes are made to the
structure; there are lengthy comments in the source, for those
interested. What we need now is someone to test with an HP printer.
