commit: abi: CocoaAbi: view complex input in document as you type

o CocoaAbi:
- don't add menu separators unless necessary (Bug 8145)
- view complex (CJK etc. & Alt+) input in document as you type
   (removes need for Preview Panel & Tool Palette's preview box)
