commit (head): fp_TextRun.cpp, fp_Run.cpp

I have removed a bad 1-pixel hack from fp_TextRun::_draw() which was
responsible for bad pixel dirt with any characters the height of which
was equal to the height of the glyph box.

I have made every effort to avoid any other pixed dirt as a consequence
of this, and also took the opportunity to fix the 'fat squiggle bug'.
