Some further changes; AFAICT the layout classes are now free of
assumptions about the implementation of the shaping.

Win32: start of Uniscribe graphics class (unfunctional).
gr_Win32USPGraphics.h/cpp need to be added to MSVC project files
(thanks to Uwog in advance).
