Wrong language code for Albanian

    Hello,

    In the file vw/text.c line 178 from the module wv we have this entry:

    { "al-AL", 0x041c }, /* Albanian */

    the right language code for Albanian according to different international ISO
    standards is 'sq' not 'al' (that really the country code'. I'm going to change
    that line to:

    { "sq-AL", 0x041c }, /* Albanian */

    I do not if VW is mantained as a separated packet. Any problem committing this
    change?
