Fixes breakage in win32 build. Include fribidi.h in CXXFLAGS instead of CFLAGS. This also reverts an $(EXE_SUFFIX) change made that removed period from suffix. This caused breakage when trying to compile the cdump tool.
There's still an issue with linking to zlib, but this gets mingw further along.
