    Hi Folks,
             OK I've committed this now. This dialog draws on the ideas of
    Hub, uwog and Charlie. (See attached screen shots). It is a two
    TAB dialog with the most common control on the front. There is a
    level selector so the controls for the different level properties
    are not duplicated 4 times.

    I'm happy if people want to play around with the glade file and do
    different things with the controls but please keep the names of the
    controls the same - that way I don't have to rewrite the code.

    Some people have asked for a preview. I agree that a preview is a good
    thing but it is difficult to write with a lot of details that need to
    work.

    Also the need for a preview is not so great with our non-modal dialog. If
    the user doesn't like the what she sees she can just press "undo" and try
    something different.
