The Tab defines different functionality. If you press "apply" with the
text folding tab open it changes the Folding of your text. If you press
apply with "list properties" open it changes your list. Putting the text
folding on the same page would make what "apply" does ambiguous and
actually as a the programmer I wouldn;t know what was meant to happen
either.
In addition the List controls tab is already very cluttered.
BTW is the concensus to use option menus rather than radio buttons?
