Copy/Cut and paste totally broken?

Hi I recently tried to doa copy/paste and found that importing RTF from
the clipboard doeans't work at all.

No text gets pasted. It appears to crash out in the style list definitions
of the RTF importer. I haven't followed up recently explicitly but I would
like to restore this functionality soon.
