Fix bug in RTF importer that prevented all docs with lists from being
imported.

If this bug is in stable we need to a release right after this fix is
committed.

Please test the attached document on a stable build. If it doesn't import,
apply the patch to ie_imp_RTF.cpp here to stable and then we need to do a
brown-paper bag release.
