I just checked STABLE-2-0-0 and it does not have this bug. I guess we
would have heard about it by now if it had :-)

PS. If people plan to do changes to the RTF imp/exp I recommend checking
that the guadec-4 document at http://www.abisource.com/papers/guadec4/
load OK after the changes.
