    look in abi\src\wp\ap\win, there is presently
    abiword_doc_16.ico and abiword_doc_32.ico
    which are included by ap_Win32Res_Icons.rc2
    Add/replace the icons and update this resource file.
    (Zipped files are a lot easier to access than bzipped ones.)
    I think the current ones are better [crisper edges], though if
    you want to update them to include these, that's not my
    call. Consider also providing 16 color variants like the
    current icon set for best compatibility.
