Continuing with Mikey's fixes to make vc/cygwin work again, now I'm fixing the
debug version. Due to recent changes I was getting the following error:
Command line error D2016 : '/Ob1' and '/ZI' command-line options are incompatible
in VC6 and VC7. It's fixed now.
