commit: win32 format TOC

Hello guys,

After a days of work I'm going to commit a partial implemenation of the TOC
Win32 property sheet. The part left to implement are three or four controls in
the details page. Right now, I have no time to complete them. I hope I'll be
able to finish it during next week.

I also have added the possibility to do Modelless property sheet. Something
that has not been as easy as I was expecting.
