kurdish translation

Hi,

I have some remarks for the Kurdish translation in 2.2.9

1. There was a bad mistake, which I had corrected. Unfortunately the
corrected version has not been included into 2.2.9. So I send it again.
But maybe it is in 2.3.0?
2. We have done a translation of NSIS, so you could offer Kurdish as a
language option for the installer, too.
3. The same counts for the kurdish spelling dictionary, which might me
eligible from the installer.
