new autopackage build

Hi,

so there is another autopackage build:

Link-grammar and wordperfect plugins are included, there is still the
nasty dependency-stripping issue that prevents the mathview plugin
from working.

Please test it as i don't have any access to an x86 machine with
running x window system. Thanks goes to uwog for bringing our server
in shape so we can build there.
