A couple more fixes [PATCH]

Hello again,

Here are couple more bug fixes.

UT_Vector.patch:
This fixes a bug in the UT_GenericVector class. One of the
constructors is missing an initialiser with the result that
it later tries to free an invalid pointer leading to a
crash.

RTFbreaks.patch:
This adds some missing "break" statements to the switch()
statement in the RTF importer's token loop.

I've also just submitted a patch to bugzilla (#9207 [0]) to
improve the RTF importer's HandlePCData() function.
