RTF importer/exporter fixes [PATCH]

I've just posted two patches to bug #9193[0].

A few weeks ago I discussed an experimental project with Dom
which involves training a Chinese student to work on
AbiWord. The idea is that the student gets some valuable
experience and AbiWord benefits from an extra pair of hands.
I've found a willing student, Matthew Chen, and for the last
couple of weeks we've been working together to get him set
up building AbiWord for Windows and I've been taking him
through the code.

The fix to #9193 comprises two parts: a patch to the RTF
importer and the exporter. The importer patch is my own and
the exporter patch is Matthew's first contribution to
AbiWord. I'm hope everyone will join me in wishing him good
luck for his future work with abi.
