Re: 2.4 release planning.

I would be inclined to agree with Ryan and realease 2.3.5 this Friday,
with 2.3.99 tentatively planned for a week later. There are still quite
a few regression bugs that should be looked at before 2.4, and
preferrably before 2.3.99.
