While I'm happy we've got mathview and grammar working on Windows, and I
want to see a 2.4 release soon as much as anyone else, I feel that
perhaps a 2.3.5 might be warranted before 2.3.99 - if our download
graphs and our knowledge of distributions mean anything, it is our
Windows build that will be the most propagated immediately after
release, and I'm uncomfortable with only one test build of this new code
on that platform.

Just my two cents USD.
